The American Indonesia Exchange Foundation (AMINEF) is pleased to announce the availability of Fulbright scholarships to study in the United States for the 2007 - 2008 academic year. The primary focus of the Fulbright Program in Indonesia is to promote mutual understanding between the Republic of Indonesia and the United States of America through educational exchange and academic scholarship. Fulbright scholarships are available to Indonesian citizens with the appropriate qualifications as stipulated in the program descriptions listed below.

What is StuNed?StuNed, Studeren in Nederland, is a scholarship programme that aims to contribute to the development of Indonesia through strengthening the human resources of Indonesian organisations. Each year some 200 full scholarships are offered for professionals to follow master programmes, short courses or tailor made training, all conducted in the English language. Graduates commit themselves to return to Indonesia immediately after graduation and to be actively involved in the development of their organisation and the country in general. Scholarships are available for full-time post-graduate study and includes study at the graduate certificate, graduate diploma, and masters level at Australian universities. Priority is given to fields of study that have been identified by the Australian and Indonesian governments as essential to Indonesia´s development.
